Vertical Breast Lift: Dr. Vinas employs a vertical breast lift technique that diverges from the typical horizontal “anchor” scar approach. Instead, a “lollipop” incision is used, lifting the lateral sides of the breasts to create a rounded and fuller breast appearance. This approach can offer the appearance of increased breast size without requiring implants, while also reducing scarring.
Periareolar Breast Lift: The periareolar breast lift is a modified version used for mild breast sagging and areola repositioning. This approach involves small circular or semicircular incisions placed around the outer edge of the areola. It is less invasive and less traumatic than a full breast lift, while still delivering excellent results. In addition to the breast lift procedure, Dr. Vinas offers breast reduction, breast augmentation, and nipple and skin-sparing reconstruction.
